The Challenge

The Process
We reviewed the process and requirement of the course of a couple of meetings
The documentation for the specification was created and this allowed the customer to decide if the EDI proof of concept was worth them continuing with.
We then talked through with them their current and likely future EDI requirement and discussed a number of EDI software/service options, advising which software would suit their needs, now and in the medium term.
The Solution
After consideration they decided to continue with the development and further commissioned us to install, develop and test the message mapping for them.
